One of my favorite snack foods is Musubi – meat and rice wrapped up in piece of dried seaweed.  Easy to make, but even easier to buy from your local Hawaiian restaurant.  Lucky for me, L and L Hawaiian BBQ restaurants are abundant in my area.

On the menu, there are 4 different kinds of Musubi – Spam, Hawaiian BBQ chicken, Chicken Katsu, Portuguese Sausage (spicy and delicious).  The BBQ and katsu come with sauce inside, making it extra moist and flavorful.  The spam and sausage are grilled first, adding an extra depth of flavor.  Made fresh to order, they hit the spot each time!
