In the center of town in Sonoma, California, is one of my favorite places – the El Dorado Kitchen. Also a hotel and a place for weddings, it’s a beautiful modern space with some great food.
Open for three meals a day, I have only been there for breakfast and lunch. Their breakfast is served in their cafe area with all the usual fare – from bagels and lox to omelettes and breakfast burritos. My favorites are their brioche french toast and eggs benedict with a cup of coffee as the sun shines through the front windows.
For lunch, they have everything from salads and sandwiches to actual entrees. I love their use of truffle oils – in their mushroom flatbread
And on their fries!
Now I just have to head out there for dinner!
