My sister and I met for dinner last week at Spin! Neopolitan Pizza in Alameda.  We love getting their Mini Mia deals, which are make your own combos of a 6 inch pizza and salad of your choice.  We got their Arugala salad minus the cheese:

We also got their Caesar’s salad:

Having been to Naples, Italy before, I would call the crust an attempt to be “Neopolitan” but not chewy enough to be truly “Neopolitan”.  (see post https://justcallmequeen.wordpress.com/2014/09/21/eating-our-way-t…ugh-naples-italy/).  We split their Margherita:

And their prociutto, fig, and spinach over onion marmalade:

For dessert, we headed around the corner to Cream.  http://creamnation.com/  I’ve written about this place before (https://justcallmequeen.wordpress.com/2016/01/09/cream/).  I got an ice cream sandwich with red velvet cookies surrounding some cookies and cream ice cream:

And my sister got some toasted almond in a cone
